USF Online Course: MPI

• Online course provided by Research Computing. The course relates to using the MPI standard with C to create programs that can run in parallel across a distributed network, such as the clusters here at USF.

  Another guide to MPI with good program examples and illustrations.

  A complete book in HTML format describing MPI programming.
• MPICH - A Portable MPI Implementation
  A free downloadable MPI Implementation. Also has documentation for using the standard and programming MPI.
